Document upload and processing for RAG-based AI interactions
Integration with multiple AI providers (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, OpenRouter)
Multi-platform chat connectors (LINE, Meta, Discord, Telegram)
API key management and secure storage
Usage analytics and monitoring tools

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3.2 API Key Management

You are solely responsible for your own API keys and their usage. We store API keys securely but you remain liable for all costs and activities associated with your keys.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Plan Structure

Free Plan: 0.01 GB storage, 1 file, 2,000 vector DB API calls
Pro Plan: 5 GB storage, unlimited files, 200,000 vector DB API calls - $19/month or $17/month annually
Max Plan: 25 GB storage, unlimited files, 1,000,000 vector DB API calls - $49/month or $45/month annually

4.2 Billing Terms

All fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront with discounted rates
Usage limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle
Exceeding usage limits may result in service interruption
Refunds are provided according to our refund policy

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

Generating harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
Violating intellectual property rights
Attempting to reverse engineer or hack our systems
Sharing or distributing malicious content
Violating any applicable laws or regulations
Using our services to compete with or replicate our offerings

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data, and we implement appropriate security measures to protect it. However, you grant us necessary rights to process your data to provide our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nodrian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Either party may terminate these terms at any time. Upon termination, your access to our services will cease, and we may delete your data according to our data retention policy. Paid subscriptions will be handled according to our refund policy.
